According to the NCERT Survey (2022), 11% of Indian students reported experiencing anxiety, 14% struggled with extreme emotional distress, and 43% experienced frequent mood swings yet a large number do not receive the support they need due to the stigma surrounding mental health.
Thrive Hub follows an engaging and experiential approach to well-being education. Our curriculum combines interactive activities, real-life case studies, group discussions, and self-reflection exercises to make learning practical and relatable.
Week 1
Session 1: Self-Awareness & Identity:
Participants explore their personalities, strengths, and backgrounds through icebreakers, strength mapping, and identity circles to encourage self-awareness and diversity. They feel more comfortable in group activities.
Icebreaker: “3 things about me”
Students introduce themselves by sharing three facts, encouraging openness and comfort within the group. This helps break initial hesitation and builds a safe environment for participation. It also allows facilitators to understand students’ personalities and confidence levels
Strength mapping
Students identify their personal strengths such as kindness, creativity, or teamwork through guided prompts. This activity shifts focus from weaknesses to capabilities, boosting confidence. It also helps students recognize that everyone has unique qualities.
Identity circle
Students create a visual map of their identity including family, interests, school, and values. This helps them understand the different influences that shape who they are. It also encourages respect for diverse backgrounds within the group.
Session 2: Thoughts & Emotions:
Usage of emotion cards to identify and express different feelings and build emotional vocabulary. Participants explore how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, helping them understand behaviour patterns. Real-life scenarios make learning practical and relatable, encouraging reflection and learning from others experiences.

Session 3: Mind-Body Connection:
Physical drills to improve focus and understand the link between movement and mood. Breathing exercises to help stay calm during stress and build simple coping skills through short guided meditation

Participants create balanced schedules that include study, rest, and activities, promoting better time management and healthier choices. They reflect on their screen time to build awareness of habits affecting focus and well-being.
