About Thrive Hub
Building Emotional Strength Through Awareness and Community Support
Thrive Hub is a student-led initiative making mental well-being practical and accessible through workshops, school programs, and community-based learning
Why It Matters
In rural/underserved communities, emotional struggles are dismissed, misunderstood, or never discussed. Without the language or tools to seek support, many young people cope alone. Thrive Hub exists to fill this gap as it offers structured programs and honest conversations that build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and practical well-being habits.
Meet our Founder- Parishi Dua
How It Started
Thrive Hub was founded by Parishi Dua, a school student studying in Dubai. The idea for Thrive Hub was sparked by her personal experiences and a very simple realization that discussing mental health is considered a taboo subject in most communities in India. People silently struggle with stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges without knowing where to turn for support.
“During visits to my family in a small town in India, I have observed students facing intense academic pressure, stress, and signs of depression but rarely speaking about it. They are told to simply ‘prioritise academics and achieve good grades,’ without space to understand or express what they are going through, and their emotional outbursts are usually dismissed as ‘just teenage phases.’ I wanted to help create a change where seeking support was seen as a strength rather than a weakness. What began as a small initiative focused on awareness has evolved into a broader effort to equip students and communities with the knowledge and skills to support emotional well-being and build resilience.”

OUR APPROACH
How Thrive Hub Creates Impact
We work with students, partner with rural schools and collaborate with companies employing semi-skilled staff to make mental well-being education accessible.

Dedicated curriculum focussed on improving mental well being
Through guided activities and structured learning experiences, students are empowered to better understand their emotions, manage stress, and navigate the challenges they face both inside and outside the classroom. Our students build the foundation for healthier relationships, more confident decision-making, and a greater sense of well-being in all areas of their lives.

Workshops for semi-skilled workers
Many semi-skilled workers live alone in Dubai, separated from their families, often in unfamiliar environments where they lack emotional support and community connection. Our workplace programs are designed to give workers real, practical tools they can use to manage work stress more effectively, build habits that support physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity.
